I specialise in treating a wide range of difficulties including: relationship problems, adults surviving childhood abuse, addictions (including internet addictions), anxiety (including anxiety disorders), depression (including bi-polar disorder), bereavement, isolation, eating disorders, identity problems, self harm and personality disorders, body or face dysmorphia, mental health issues and more.
Counselling
I believe in providing accessible counselling
